Charging cycles

The number of charges refers to how many times you can recharge an e-bike battery. An e-bike battery has a certain lifetime and therefore a certain number of charging cycles that it can handle. A charging cycle is defined as full charging of the battery when it’s completely discharged. If the e-bike battery is only half charged when you start charging it, and you then fully charge it, this only represents half a charging cycle.
